Dr. Levine is an entirely dedicated, determined, selfless Clinician and Researcher. She’d saved my life in her confirmation of my corrected Diagnosis, thus I’ve been committed to Advocacy for a quarter of a Century now.
Dr. Levine was able to diagnose me after suffering with MS/CFS for 30 years. Before my diagnosis, I wondered if I was dying. I had gone to at least 20 specialists in the 3 years prior to seeing her and not one could tell me what was going on. They acknowledged that my labs were abnormal but couldn’t tell me why or what to do. Prior to that, I had been telling doctors my symptoms since I was 18 and the closest I got to a logical diagnosis was that I had Epstein Barr syndrome. With Dr. Levine, one round of initial labs confirmed that I have ME and that I wasn’t slowly dying. I am not cured but she has been able to treat my symptoms, which makes a huge difference.
