I think Dr Adams is now the head of the clinic where he works, so I don’t know if he is seeing new patients. Sometimes the best doctors are the ones who say exactly what he said to me the first time I saw him: “I don’t really know anything about ME/CFS, but how can I help you?” He didn’t look at his computer, he looked at me. I eventually moved away from that area, but I always got good care. He had a nurse practitioner assistant who was also a great guy. It’s not always easy to have a patient who doesn’t ‘fit the mold,’ and I must say he went above and beyond the call of duty.
