Chlor-Trimeton (chlorpheniramine) is a first-generation antihistamine with relatively weak sedative effects. Chlorpheniramine is normally used to treat allergies, however, it also functions as a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).

USES IN ME/CFS: Chlor-Trimeton is used for allergies and sleep. It may improve fatigue.
