Lomatium is a North American herb reputed to have antiviral properties. It has been used to treat influenza, colds, and diseases such as measles. It is a stimulant.

USES IN ME/CFS: Because of its stimulating properties, patients have used lomatium for fatigue. A number of patients who have tried lomatia extract have felt overstimulated. Some have experienced malaise, insomnia, and jitteriness. Some patients have experienced allergic reactions while taking this herb.
