2 | Already feeling terribly ill and in a lot of pain. Minocycline increased the overall feeling of tiredness, increased pain, nausea, shakiness, headaches, increased brain fog, stomach cramps, sore throat- Herxheimer effect. The specialist warned of an initial negative reaction. I was meant to take one tablet daily for one month and then take 2 tablets daily. I did not last one month and took one tablet every second day hoping this would help the adjustment. | Treatment for CFS/Lyme disease | 25 day 1 x 50mg 1X day | 31 | Female | 11 | I know some people taking this medication had quite good results once they got over the initial toxic effect. | Moderate | 09/16/19 |
