Dr. Klimas is incredibly knowledgeable about all forms of dysautonomia. Her clinic, the Institute for Neuro Immune Medicine at NSU, is at the forefront of research about CFS/ME and GWI, with millions of dollars in research grants. They also have a clinical practice in CFS/ME, POTS, MCAS, fibromyalgia, etc., offering both traditional and alternative treatments. While Dr. Klimas herself no longer sees patients (she only does research now), the clinic has many other excellent practitioners.
